Mueller Charter School’s Board is responsible for serving as an advisory body for the charter organization of Mueller Charter School and Bayfront Charter High School.  

The Board has a duty to monitor the charter’s academic and operational performance, while providing advisement and support in maintaining the vision, mission, and goals of the charter organization.  

The Board reviews, proposes and approves the implementation of general policies of the Charter School, including human resource policies for career growth and compensation of the staff and monitoring and supervising the effectiveness of the Executive Director.  The Charter Board follows a consensus model and the Brown Act, all meetings are open to the public and meet regularly.
