What is Club FLOW? A Safe Time for Recreation and Tutoring of Children, one of several state-funded Expanded Learning Opportunity Programs (ELOP) offered by the YMCA of San Diego County in partnership with Mueller Charter School & the Chula Vista Elementary School District.

ARC creates transformational learning opportunities that empower youth to realize their full potential. They take surveys of what our students are interested in learning and do trimester long mini camps that students want to be apart of.
